Do you ship live plants across the US?
Yes — we ship to all 48 contiguous states via temperature-controlled carriers. Orders are packed Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
What does "acclimated" actually mean here?
Every plant spends at least 14 days in our quarantine greenhouse, then stabilizes in ambient household conditions. It arrives used to a home, not a hothouse.
Do you offer live arrival guarantees?
Yes. If a plant arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace or refund. Full terms available on request.
Can you source a specific rare species?
Often, yes. Send the species name and we'll tell you honestly whether it's realistic, how long it may take, and a fair price range.
